Gradient Keeper
January 2021 - A look back PORTLAND The weather has slowed down considerably if not has come to an abrupt halt. This shouldn't come as a surprise, and it is not any cause for concern if you're hoping for more Cold and SNOW! Look back at last January and note how boring the entire month was. As we moved into the 3rd week of the month overnight temps cooled, but that's about it in terms of anything noteworthy. It was a wet month with 7.03" of rain which is exactly 2 inches above normal. Temperatures were also above normal with the total average high and low temperature of 44.8 compared to the normal 41.9 degrees. Rainfall totals through the 12th thus far is at 4.18" and in 2021 very wet at 5.45". We have a long ways to go another solid month roughly for Winter weather opportunities and we know how last February turned out! Think Cold and SNOW! C'MON!!!!
