Do they make rapid tests to test for weather weenieism?

If its any consolation... the snow blew off the trees here this afternoon and the snow compacted and does not look nearly as pristine as it did this morning.    But all it takes is an inch or two on top of that base to make it all look nice again.   😀

I only have lumps of snow left from where I shoveled my driveway. (Twice ) no snow yet. School is already on a 2 hr delay tomorrow,  but road conditions are icy.🥶

I have an MRI first thing in the morning,  what to do? Will it snow? Roads will be icy? To top it off,  I have a choice of 3 hills to cross over to get to the place. 🤣😬🥶

Light snow from Sultan to Gold Bar. The rich get richer it seems...

Hopefully not too much accumulation. Took me a little over 2 hours to shovel my driveway, my back is sore and I'm tired.

You need one of these!

What was your score?

12 over (golf plus oculus). Check it out….it feels so reel and avatars are pretty amazing with moving mouths to your speech.  I play with my brother who are down south.  Feels like I’m right there with them.   It’s just crazy what they can do now.  like the movie “Real Player one”.

WSP might frown on me driving my mower down I-5 to HWY 2. Would probably take me about 5hrs to get there as well…But hey sounds fun, I’m on my way now!

00z Euro continues to be much less snowy Wednesday night than the GFS. More like 0.5-1.5" amounts rather than the widespread 2-4" the GFS shows.

Thursday is going to be crazy wet out here and for a large part of SW WA and the Cascades... this is total rain from Thursday morning through Friday morning.      And it comes with a 30-40 mph south wind and temps in the mid 40s in my area.    My snowpack is going to be destroyed.    I would like to keep it around for January.

I find it kinda funny that it still has the recently joined badge but I'm level 11. I think I spend a little too much time on here.

Temp has been slowly sinking down. Back north now in Bothell where it's 33-34°. Roads sure haven't improved and I've only seen one salt truck.

The Euro, and the GFS for that matter, is showing crazy amounts of snow for here.  The NWS is saying it will be a significant snow event, as it is slow moving, but I can't believe the amounts the models are showing.

WRF is probably more reasonable with about 16 inches, but don't know if that is 10:1 or kuchera.  Though we wouldn't have any crazy high snow ratios as temps would be in the mid to upper 20s instead of the teens.

But problems with the mountain passes is gaurenteed.

Overall we’ve been in a pretty decent streak of chilly weather…although we moderated yesterday we cooled back down nicely today and had some snow so I’d consider this event still alive. Euro keeps us sub 40 tomorrow…not as good for the Wednesday event as the gfs still but we would likely still get a bit of snow here.

Euro shows precip increasing in the south sound tomorrow morning. NWS AFD also mentions this as well…wouldn’t write off tomorrow morning.
