Its been a pleasant way to get rain as well with lots of breaks and a decent amount of sun even though its has rained at least a little almost every day since Christmas. We did the hot/dry thing and then the cold/dry thing so this has been a nice change. I also like seeing the grass turning greener and some other signs of life in the middle of winter. Even if it gets snowy and cold again we now have a jump start on spring. And its been easy... no travel issues and no school delays.
