A pretty interesting scenario if it plays out that way. The bottom line is it shows a good portion of the next two weeks with low thicknesses and northerly surface gradients. We took it to Vegas in the summer of 14' and had a blast 0ut in the desert. Its crazy how much of a money pit they can become. Its an addiction. I think the next money pit is a wakeboard boat. We are looking in the south hill area and Perry District so not to far out from downtown but still has a small town feel with all the amenities. We like being in an area with neighbors with a little privacy too. Deer park is a really nice area and not nearly as far out there. Don’t blame you for moving.
