my God, this forum has devolved into the worst of the worst. It's always emotional and reactionary in here, but it seems that the rational and seasoned members have pulled back to make way for the kids.

I am excited for a lot of you guys, because it seems like this is your first time tracking a PNW winter storm. I remember my first time.
Winter was resoundingly typical for a Niño, from November through March, with the exception of mid January, which was the product of brief stratospheric warming.
Unfortunately I've not been too familiar with him. If I knew we were in the company of a real pro I'd probably have left some posts in the drafts...
Any other real mets here? It's great we have seasoned voices
Butte, Bozeman, and some of the hills around Hamilton got hit hard with snow overnight. Seeing photos of 3’ taken in the higher terrain around Missoula.
