Elevation 580’ Location a few miles east of I-5 on the Snohomish Co side of the Snohomish/Skagit border. I love snow/cold AND sun/warmth!

We got some snow falling in the Cascade's of Washington and Oregon tonight!  Let's check out some of our COLD spots right now. :D  But before we get too deep into it, let's check on our Steven's Pass cam!  Oh wow!  The snow is definitely deeper than yesterday when we checked!  Awesome!  A little over and inch.

I’m curious does anyone know how exposed Duvall is to the drying from the east winds? I remember in February 2021 a lot of models and a lot of news stations were saying the east side would only see like 1-4 inches and that was true for some places on the east side but Duvall still managed like 8 inches of snow despite the east winds and it looked like Duvall had one of the highest east side totals that day as well.
