Mostly dry, and some chilly/stagnant air days. Of course later that winter wasn't bad for snow statistically. Current 10 day forecasts are completely dry for this area. The graphics and legend that weather.us is using for the ECMWF surface products is pretty weird and doesn't make a whole lot of sense. Speaking from experience though, it's 0.4"-0.6 of liquid falling as snow or 4-6" of snow at Charlotte. You flying out there tomorrow? I was told the water came about 6 inches from this level in 1996. 3 of our facilities in Keizer did flood during that event, but we did not begin operations as an organization until later that year.
