my God, this forum has devolved into the worst of the worst. It's always emotional and reactionary in here, but it seems that the rational and seasoned members have pulled back to make way for the kids.

I am excited for a lot of you guys, because it seems like this is your first time tracking a PNW winter storm. I remember my first time.
My phone forecast just changed to 78 and rain for day today with not a cloud in the sky.
Presumably because some model shows a little drizzle with the marine layer by midnight. Pretty funny though with no clouds even at the coast yet. Non weather people are probably looking at the sky now wondering when the rain will start.
A historic geomagnetic storm that brought a spectacular display of the Northern Lights as far south as Florida Friday night shows no signs of slowing down, with more auroras likely to fill the sky Sunday night.
