Tichner and Burnside up by Washington Park seems to be all snow on the cams. Looks like Sylvan has also switched over.

@Deweydog some ironically convenient ground fog plays a big role in tonight's episode helping to provide cover.    Looks like a mild inversion with melting snow.   Or maybe a fog machine on what is actually a sunny day.

Now you are literally looking for models with south intentions.

No... we talked about this model earlier.   Its a great short range tool.   Way better than the NAM or HRRR.

Wine has actually picked up here in the last 10 minutes. It seems to be all rain still.

Who took your wine?

Don’t know about last few winters but for my area, near Boeing Field we got the short end of the stick last season when it was snowy at the  surrounding areas. We were then treated with a nasty ice storm.

God we got the shaft so hard last season. Just a bunch of days with snow showers. Maybe one day with a half inch or inch that actually accumulated.

UKMET landfall is Coos Bay but the precip shield is shunted far to the south. My house doesnt even get a half an inch of precip.

That small area on the East Side of the Vancouver Island around Nanaimo is gold. Even if the event misses the area by hundred of miles as long as there's Arctic air flowing over the Strait of Georgia there will be at least something there going into a blast. They got a bunch last night too.
