Looking pretty likely the PDX area doesn’t thaw in a meaningful way until after the potential overrunning system on Wednesday. Would be cool to string together sub-freezing highs until then. I don’t think it would be impossible.

The one in 2000 was close to that. However I was around 4 miles from the epicenter.

Avoids keeping us sleet for long and gives PDX 0.8" of QPF, with 7.5" of snow with 10:1 ratios. I think at face value the UKMET would be a 10-15" snowstorm with those temps

I believe the closer you are to epicenter the larger the sharpness/concussion of sound? After that sound passed, it was an continuios freight train sound.
