Popular Post TigerWoodsLibido
Wish me luck guys. My most important medication, lamotrigene, has still not been approved this time by the insurance company. I have taken this medication since late 2016 and haven't gone without it since a lengthy observation when I was at OHSU back in 2017. Needless to say, I was into status epilepticus when I was there for extended observation without the medication (it's different than clobazam, which is also important but not as much as lamotrigene). Once I took the medication it was a lot better. I still have lots of seizures but most of them are small and manageable. Some are shittier and I have to get down on the floor when I feel them coming on but those are rare. Without this medication, there is a pretty decent possibility of me slipping into status epilepticus and ending up in the hospital soon. My neurologist said that once it gets bad enough that I need to go into the hospital and they can maybe make it urgent enough to get a temporary supply. I'll try to have y'all stay updated but for now me and my family are worried. In the meantime, it's 50F and cloudy. If this is the last day where I have proper focus then I'm grateful it was a cool and pleasant one without excessive heat. 8 6 1 Quote Springfield, Oregon regular season 2023-24 Stats: Coldest high: 25F (Jan 14, 2024) Coldest low: 20F (Jan 14, 2024) Days with below freezing temps: 24 (Most recent: Mar 8, 2024) Days with sub-40F highs: 4 (Most recent: Jan 16, 2024) Total snowfall: 0.0" Total ice: 2.25” Last accumulating snowfall on roads: Dec 27, 2021 (1.9") Last sub-freezing high: Jan 15, 2024 (27F) Last White Christmas: 1990 Significant wind events (gusts 45+): 0 Personal Stats: Last accumulating snowfall on roads: Dec 27, 2021 Last sub-freezing high: Jan 16, 2024 (32F) Last White Christmas: 2008 Total snowfall since joining TheWeatherForums: 42.0" Sub-freezing highs since joining TheWeatherForums: 4 Venmo GoFundMe "College Basketball vs Epilepsy": gf.me/u/zk3pj2 My Twitter @CBBjerseys4hope

bainbridgekid
Had a field trip to the Salmon Hatchery in Edmonds and got caught in one of the heaviest downpours I've ever seen as we were getting on the buses. I saw it coming on the radar and hurried everybody to the buses a few minutes early but about half the kids still got absolutely soaked. Truly some of the heaviest rain I've ever seen in Western Washington for about 3 minutes. Looking at Wunderground stations nearby, the temperature also fell from 52 to 43 in about 10 minutes when the storm hit. 2 Quote Everett Snowfall (510 feet elevation) Snow since February 2019: 91" 2023-24: 6" 2022-23: 17.5" 2021-22: 17.75" 2020-21: 14.5” 2019-20: 10.5" 2018-19: 24.75"

I'm sorry to hear that, I am also fighting a losing battle over a prescription right now, and while its not for something as critical as seizures, I still need my medication to function. The crappy thing is that they approved it last year, but they switched pharmacy managers and now the new pharmacy manager won't approve it. My daughter is on lamotrigene for her epilepsy (along with one or 2 other drugs) and the combined out of pocket if she didn't have insurance would be ~$2,000 per month. You can live in a really nice house in a good chunk of the country for that kind of money. I hope you can get it figured out. From my own personal experience, there should be a way to fast track the reviews/approvals. For my insurance company, it was for the doctor to mark the request as "urgent" Unfortunately, for me it just meant them telling me "NO" that much quicker. My prescription is $5k per year out of pocket, not something I can really afford to do. 4 Quote Britton Rd Bellingham Weather Station: https://www.wunderground.com/dashboard/pws/KWABELLI103?cm_ven=localwx_pwsdash

Their mom decided to go her own way cuz she couldn't handle the stress of my seizure episodes along with taking care of 3 young kids. It was unfortunate but I just decided to remain stoic for my kids. My family here, my current wife and her mom are the most incredible people, along with my kids and @MR.SNOWMIZER @SilverFallsAndrew @Phil @Deweydog @TT-SEA @iFred @BLI snowman @Meatyorologist who have helped me get through some of the toughest parts of my life. With my kids coming over this weekend starting tonight, it's gonna be an adventure. I'm sorry if I forgot to mention someone before. Y'all are so very important. Lunch is on me when I pass through in April. Yall have a Carl’s Jr, right? 4

Phil
1 hour ago, Sunriver Snow Zone said: It was a response meant for Phil becsuse he typically finds a way to one-up people, which he did to GHweatherChris when he was having his own medical problems. Btw I'm really sorry about what's happening to you, hopefully things can get figured out soon and you endup okay. Is that what you think I did? Is it possible that I shared my experience with Chris so he knew he wasn’t alone in dealing with such issues? He said the experience scared him, I was trying to make him feel better. That’s all. 1 Quote Live Weather Cam: https://www.youtube.com/live/KxlIo8-KVpc?si=xKLCFYWbZieAfyh6 PWS Wunderground https://www.wunderground.com/dashboard/pws/KMDBETHE62 PWS CWOP/NOAA: https://www.weather.gov/wrh/timeseries?site=F3819&hours=

It was a quick line politely asking you not to fuel a rumor about multiple Cascadia accounts. Feel free to show who ever you want because there was nothing to hide. Okay! I even deleted the (completely innocuous) post per your request so you “wouldn’t be banned again” Almost a week later when I saw your PM/DM whatever it’s called nowadays anyway! 1 1 Quote Elevation 580’ Location a few miles east of I-5 on the Snohomish Co side of the Snohomish/Skagit border. I usually like Jesse but recently it’s like he’s trying to get banned with the sh*t he’s saying. You didn’t get him banned a couple years back that was all his doing. Maybe it’s time he bans himself for awhile or someone does it for him. 1 1 1
SilverFallsAndrew
3 hours ago, TT-SEA said: I learned today that some rainfall runs off into rivers and out to the ocean. The more you get... the more that runs off. If it takes 60 inches of rain a year to recharge an underground aquifer and the area averages 80 inches a year then you have lots of cushion. Because is full is full. The more you get the more soaks into the aquifers too. It's like you hate our ecology so much you refuse to even acknowledge that our ecosystems depend on rain. Get a grip. 1 1 Quote Snowfall Precip 2022-23: 95.0" 2022-23: 17.39" 2021-22: 52.6" 2021-22: 91.46" 2020-21: 12.0" 2020-21: 71.59" 2019-20: 23.5" 2019-20: 58.54" 2018-19: 63.5" 2018-19: 66.33" 2017-18: 30.3" 2017-18: 59.83" 2016-17: 49.2" 2016-17: 97.58" 2015-16: 11.75" 2015-16: 68.67" 2014-15: 3.5" 2013-14: 11.75" 2013-14: 62.30 2012-13: 16.75" 2012-13: 78.45 2011-12: 98.5" 2011-12: 92.67" It's always sunny at Winters Hill!
