MR.SNOWMIZER
Been a crazy night. Snowed 5.5 inches then wind came in about 40 mph with broken limbs flying everywhere. Temp shot up to 36 and poured rain. Currently calm and 34.5 and it's switching back to snow. BTW lake cushman will probably be snowed in by morning. They will probably get 2 feet easy. xfkirsten
Got home not too long ago. Was a rain/snow mix pretty much from Northgate to Redmond, with the areas closest to Lake Washington being closer to rain. If you don't have to drive anywhere, though, don't - the roads are a mess. lots of places with standing water. Northgate Way under I-5 has a lane and a half completely submerged, and lots of standing water in the far right/left lanes on I-5, too. I passed an accident on 520 that had clearly just happened, and it looked like one of the cars had spun out and was facing backwards - neither car had their hazards on and it was completely invisible until I was right on top of them. Luckily I saw them in time to get out of the lane, especially since one of the drivers was trying to walk around the cars to point oncoming cars around it... as if anyone would ever see him in the dark through the pouring rain! Bottom line, it's a soggy, flooded mess out there. 4
