That warm nose in Clackamas county surely can’t be accurate.

You haven't lived here long. LOL  In these overrunning events, they are famous, or rather infamous. Many stories to be told about them.  None of them nice.   Right up the foothill flanks and sometimes from around Silverton to Sandy is one of the favorite "hot" spots.

Yep, posted it many times over the years on multiple sites.  My dad lives at 800' elevation off of Beaver Creek rd. between Molalla & Oregon City.  He has elevation and kind of sits in a hole that is isolated from the winds.  It doesn't matter, that warm mother fukker gets him when it is snowing at sea level in SE PDX.

Based on the wide range UW radar loop... it feels like the low offshore is winding up now and pulling the precip back from the coast and from Seattle southward but its warm front feature is enhancing from Seattle northward.

SPC mesoanalysis is showing a stronger low depicted than what the RGEM shows right now. Leaning in the Euro direction, and would not be surprised to see a switchover to rain.

As it stands, temps are slowly rebounding after the heavy precip to 31/30.
