I can remember a couple times where we had some decent snow with Arctic fronts. Best one was probably November 2010! Going into the festivities of December 2008 the moisture side of things did not look all that great, but that kept changing last minute and it seemed like NWS Seattle was having to issue last minute Winter Storm Warnings every other day on average for my location. 1 Elevation 580’ Location a few miles east of I-5 on the Snohomish Co side of the Snohomish/Skagit border. They're just pretty rare around here.
