seattleweatherguy
Winds: The biggest uncertainty will reside in the winds as the track of the system will play a vital role. Overall, this system will bring the potential for a longer-duration wind event, with southeasterly winds expected to increase starting Sunday morning and remaining elevated through Monday morning. Areas that currently look to have the potential for the strongest winds include the Strait of Juan de Fuca, the coast, and areas across the northern interior (primarily north of Everett). Ensembles hint that the current, most likely scenario for lowland areas east of the Sound are to experience sustained winds of 15-20 mph, with gusts to 35-40 mph possible. from nws discussion 2
