Cold pool developing and this time it's going to be a bitter one. The models do poorly at handling these situations. This is a great point. I usually run the 1-hour precip loop on the models because it shows the timing more clearly and this looked like nothing from that perspective in the models. Also I have noticed the PNA was forecasted to head positive in the extended a few days ago, but each day that has been sinking further and further down! 9 Elevation 580’ Location a few miles east of I-5 on the Snohomish Co side of the Snohomish/Skagit border.
