Honestly we were pretty big winners just a couple weeks ago so I’m not too worked up about it although it always sucks missing out. It will change to rain at some point most likely but we should score atleast. Our best shot might be at the end of it when the storms dropping out of the area.

If you follow the sat loop and watch the low that Jaya pointed put it is still not curving north. If that doesn't happen  soon the north track could very well be wrong.

If it makes you guys feel any better, if you don't score, it is currently 32.5 degrees here with no chance of even a flake tonight, at almost 3000'.

Most of it :).  Everything needs to get freshened up though, should happen Thursday into Friday, then the big nasty slushy thaw!!!

You must be in a very favorable location.  It seems to always snow at your place.  Even in August, right?

Temperature is continuing to drop after a high of 24F. Currently 22F with very light snow dusting everything. Almost all of the new 00z models (mesoscale) suggests it's going to pop above freezing here overnight, and I've seen that happen before, but I hope they're wrong.

The tiniest of flakes here. I don’t know if that means I’m on the rain/snow line or if some of the moisture is being eaten before it reaches the ground.

Was starting to stick to side streets on the drive home from downtown Poulsbo.   Big flakes near the canal with temps around 31.

Looks like KBLI topped out at 18, I topped out at 16 and I am a few miles inland and about 150-200 feet higher.

It's been snowing most of the day with varying levels of intensity, but only about .5" additional accumulation.  Even though it wasn't a lot of accumulation, it was still fun to look at!

 

I don't think we were supposed to see any snow up here today, so that with the temp would be a double model bust.  I'll take that kind of model bust!

Precipitation rates are just too low for it to switch over still. Going to have to wait until some heavy stuff moves in.
