I think it’s a safe bet honestly that king county gets a burst of snow before this is over. I’m not 100% where I’m at yet but it’ll likely happen north of here.

Definitely thought I'd be north enough ot to be getting freezing rain this morning. Looks like Woodinville should turn back to snow soon. What a mess the roads will be omce this front moves through. Mh wife's work had a delay but didn't close ao I'm likely having to play white night later to get her.

Nuking snow here. I picked up 1” in the last 30 minutes! Probably an hour or maybe 2 left before the precip runs out. 5” since midnight, 7.75” storm total, 6-8” on the ground.

What accumulated last night is melting here, fast. A lot of it has disappeared just in the last hour I've been up. BUT the temperature is finally dropping again... down to 33 here - BRING IT!

Ok, update from Lynnwood. I just went out front to measure on my husband's truck, and we have 4" out there, which is a 1-inch increase from last night (about 11 hours ago). We have also now dipped to 30 degrees and it's snowing pretty good right now.

33.3 and it is officially a snow/rain mix!!!! I convinced my roommate to wait an extra 15 minutes before driving to Redmond. If it switches to full snow by 8:35, he'll WFH. I hope for his sake he does so because that could be a gnarly return.
