Low level cold locked in place with strong east winds continuing to supply arctic air into PDX/northern Willamette Valley. PDX-DLS is at least -10mb at this time. Ya in north seattle as well and was right on the transition line from heavier snow to none. That happens quite a bit with the convergence zone and can be hard to watch.
