GFS is still worse, though. I’d be surprised if the GFS didn’t adjust at least a small amount westward.

At least the GFS shows a foot of snow up in Abbotsford BC Saturday with a low that moves in from the northwest. Other models keep the low further south. Hoping the GFS is right.

Looks like just a blip from that perspective. My god, the time I've wasted here the last 7 days. I'll never get that back. Friends along the way etc etc. My marriage is probably ruined, there's no way I can come back from "No babe it's ackshually coming this time YOU have to put the kids to bed again I NEED to be online from 730-11pm and OF COURSE I rush ordered t-shirts for half the forum because the EURO is LOCKED IN BABE AND ITS DEADLY AT THIS RANGE!!"

Icon huge jump north Friday evening event.  NOT GOOD

Yeah even though Seattle is in the sweet spot with the ICON, it making that much of a jump north worries me it might go farther north.

Since the GFS is now leading the Euro, why can't the NAM lead the GFS? As Jim has said more than once: "All rules are out the window."

Because many of the players are currently outside its spatial range. And because it’s the NAM.

This could be all time run for the ICON for this run for the Puget Sound. Temps in the mid 20's with heavy snow. Totals won't be reflected in the 10:1 ratio's.

Maybe we can donate the shirts to a village like the NFL does...

I'm exactly 16 miles south of that spot and it's like a different world.  I will be under a warm nose with southerlies most of the time except for Feb '21.  The mouth of the Gorge is like entering the Arctic Kill Zone sometimes.

It truly is a cool place to live and experience.  But I had my fill of 24/7 30 mph sustained winds with gust up to 70! The house groaning and creeking like and old schooner in rough seas none stop .

Some kids in Africa are going to be so confused by the 500mb image that's on there "must be fake because that certainly didn't happen"

The small African boy brushed dust off his new shirt, examining the complex designs on its face. Noticing something odd, he furrowed his brows, gaze shifting to his mother. Placing a finger on the map with a lump in his throat, and a heavy sigh, he broke the silence, "none of it even reached the Columbia."
