At least the GFS shows a foot of snow up in Abbotsford BC Saturday with a low that moves in from the northwest. Other models keep the low further south. Hoping the GFS is right.

Yeah even though Seattle is in the sweet spot with the ICON, it making that much of a jump north worries me it might go farther north.

Because many of the players are currently outside its spatial range. And because it’s the NAM.

This could be all time run for the ICON for this run for the Puget Sound. Temps in the mid 20's with heavy snow. Totals won't be reflected in the 10:1 ratio's.

12z JMA for this weekend. Looks like a good setup for lots of snow. Arctic air in the Columbia Basin as the system approaches and then it pulls cold air behind it as it moves on through.
