I will bet that we will end up under the Euro ensemble 10th percentile for rainfall at PDX from today through November 15th. That amount is 3.39’’. Mean is 4.92’’. And one doesn’t get on MSP just by moving up here; there is a three-month waiting period during which I must buy private insurance (at CAD$ 140/mo, mind you, so even for those of us who fall through the cracks, it beats Obamacare).
