Right? Lol. It sure didn’t have any problem pummeling Victoria for probably 12 hours straight. I’m actually quite interested to see what it’s like there.

The snow is moving across Lake Washington now... the first pic is the I-90 bridge and you can see the north wind from the waves on the lake on the north side of the bridge.    The second pic is the 520 bridge which is a couple mile north.

I think I will... just did not expect this quick of a switch to snow and expected the temps would crash in late afternoon. Already down to 35 here. That's a drop of 5 degrees in an hour. Bonkers.

This is definitely one of the top snow events I've seen since moving here in 2012. Temp down to 29.

6+" of snow on the ground, probably more. Still dumping.

Over a foot of snow here covering everything. It's even pasted on the north facing windows. Slightly warmer at 24.6F this morning.

Well unfortunately I gotta go to work but hopefully should see some snow there before noon. Really hope we can manage a bit of accumulation in Tacoma.

Looks to be tapering off for areas north of Seattle, maybe one more wave to come through.

Looks like precipitation is probably done up here. The wind will keep blowing it around for a while, though.

I'm not even gonna venture a guess. I shoveled six inches in the walkway from the front door to the driveway. Bare ground on the windward side by the cars. And waist deep in the drifts on the south side of the house.

I have a really good feeling about the arctic front tonight with a good thump of snow.

Tons of moisture in the atmosphere to ring out.

With these fat flakes it doesn’t take much for it to stick!  Within just 5 mins.

Temp down 6 degrees in 45 min at SEA. Should see switchover to snow there within another 30.
