Looks like the low so far this morning is 35. Atleast we’ve been getting lows into the low-mid 30s these first couple days of the month. Not much else interesting besides that…

Looks fairly typical, so why is it dead?

My area will probably see very little rain through the weekend... even though technically there might be light rain at some point each 24-hour period.    Offshore flow just eats away any precip that tries to move up from the south in this pattern.

Since we're wishing on a monkey hand, can we wish for an epic region wide true arctic blast with feet of snow in the major metros not just at @MossMan place?

Better than wishing for a “regionwide event” during a cold spell. That wish was recently granted with a regionwide ice storm!

Winds already howling in Covington. Heading to Enumclaw tonight for some action.

Just a little breezy here... but barely noticeable.   Hopefully that means the focus of the wind will be to the south later today.

Been a long time since we have seen California lit up like a Christmas tree while we are mostly in the white!

The Euro runs have been decently wet over the next 7-10 days ranging anywhere from 2.5-4" of rain for the in land areas. More at the coast. Decent mountains snow and an uptick east of the mountains.

Yeah quite the difference between North Bend and Skykomish. I would pick Skykomish.
