Were you born with those or did that develop over time? And those aren't even exclusive to epilepsy, I used to know someone that had a type of sleep deprivation cause them and they happened only while trying to fall asleep. I started to have them while I was conscious back when I was 3 or so. Would start moving my arms up and down and it became difficult to control. Once I started to get made fun of in school for it, I tried to suppress my movements and it led to my brain feeling like it had thunderstorms in it so I’m always super clumsy and it’s extremely difficult for me to remember things. It’s gotten worse since August, 2008 and I’ve had 2 surgeries and I now have a cybernetic implant that is helping somewhat. I still move around a lot so I try to stay indoors and away from people who would feel nervous around me. I have most of my major ones at night but my tongue is calloused from biting it so much and my crossbite makes my speech all weird so I got made fun of for that too. I had one experience in 11th grade where after pulling 2 all-nighters in a row (over 60 hours w/o sleep) the third night I tried to sleep my arms were making involuntary movements, or jolts. Few minutes into drifting off I was shaky, kept having to get up and walk around to get rid of it. Ended up taking half that third night to completely fall asleep. I read up about a guy some 30-40 years ago did a self experiment going 11 days without sleep. I feel like I never got 100% of that person's story.
