Joshua Lake Oswego
Monday’s storm keeps getting more neutered. Saturday looks like only a narrow swath will really score. No way Portland stays as the bullseye. Spoiler alert, it will trend north. In fact, it will probably fall apart altogether. Beyond Monday, it looks mainly dry until the end of the week. That’s 10 days out, so it’s meaningless and will inevitably end up drier. Oh, and 0.00’’ here today. 3

It seems to me that a few years back, you were forecasting a multi-year La Nina episode during the early 2020's, possibly until 2022 or 2023 if I remember correctly. It seemed to have something to do with the deep solar minimum that we were beginning to go into at the time.
